What is your returns policy?
oRo By Kojo will provide refund to any unworn returned items. A credit or exchange of unused products. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit.
All Custom orders are non-refundable, unless defect iteam.
Please try on shoes on a clean carpet. We cannot accept exchanges on products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order
How can I contact your couriers?
Order are shipped through USPS. If an alternative courier is used, you will be notified through email
